Adept Business Systems has released Surga Central 3.6 to support Zoopla’s Real-time Listings Service. UK commercial property listings can now be immediately transferred from the Surga Central PropTech platform and published on Zoopla’s commercial property portal.
“By using the real-time feed, UK agents can see changes to the status of commercial listings reflected immediately on Zoopla”, said Gary Clark, Director of Adept Business Systems UK. “As compared with BLM format, which this replaces, the data transfer now only involves updating listing information on an incremental basis and therefore the process is faster and more efficient”, he added.
Release 3.6 of Surga Central also incorporates a new method of reporting property enquiries to stakeholders by allowing the agent compiling the report to include a commentary to explain the pattern of enquiry activity and make recommendations to the landlord. Commentaries used in earlier reports can also be referenced to provide a consistent form of information exchange between the agency and the owner.
Simultaneously released in the UK and Australia, Surga Central is used by leading agencies to market, sell and lease commercial property. UK customers include Houston Lawrence, Ayers & Cruiks, Goodsir Commercial, Phillips Sutton and Mounsey Surveyors. Australian customers include CI Australia, Gross Waddell, Beller Commercial and members of the Knight Frank network.
