Commercial PropTech vendor Adept Business Systems has launched a new version of its Surga Central platform. The new release enables Australian commercial real estate agents to improve their ability to manage and service enquiries received from Domain Group’s commercial portal.
Enquiries submitted to Domain will now be automatically entered into Surga Central’s CRM platform and logged in real-time against the corresponding property record. As well as eliminating manual entry, this approach ensures that the agency can quickly respond directly from Surga Central to arrange a viewing or provide additional information. Enquiry information can also be subsequently used for owner reporting and ROI analysis.
“Two out of three enquiries submitted to commercial portals are now made outside of office hours,” said Steve Clark, Adept CEO. “One in four is submitted on the weekend. In other words, enquirers prefer to submit property enquiries at a time of their choosing, and this is likely to be at time when agents are unavailable to respond. As such, automatic enquiry capture can help to ensure enquiries are not missed.”
With enquiries from the two leading Australian commercial portals – those of REA Group and Domain Group – now captured automatically, agencies can compare the efficiency of each and adjust marketing budgets accordingly.
